Lily would have to then face charges of attempting to defraud the racetrack of two million dollars.
Mr. Rocque told me that the prosecution had told him I was now divorced, so obviously without checking the facts, he told me that I have no legal status. Despite how much I demanded that my case be heard along with my witnesses, I was given a no win situation. It was beyond doubt that Mr. Rocque could clearly see the distress and duress I was in. It turned out that Mr. Rocque had made absolutely no attempt what so ever to meet with my witnesses and to prepare my defense despite having met with me for up to 2 hours and taking my case after excepting $1000. He had told me Lily didn’t have a chance and that she was going to be in a lot of trouble and that I’d be free. The night before going to court he told me the prosecutor was after my blood then failed to tell me that he had not met with any of my witnesses therefore had nothing to defend me with.
The document shows that on 21 September in court I was still married and that today which was 11 days after the hearing I was in fact still married to Lily and remained so for another 4 days. How about that? My own defense lawyer had lied to me in a court of law before the judge himself and the public, therefore committing perjury in a court of law. To then coearse me under duress to change my plea to no contest and be deported immediately, then failing to carry out the deal they had put to me by not making sure I was deported. By lying to me they had perverted the course of justice. It was obvious now more than ever that Rocque had sold me out to the prosecutor. He must have done a deal with another case totally at my expense, disregarding the fact that I was an innocent man.
Mr. Rocque had far more evidence than he needed to bring Lily to justice and was clearly not in the slightest bit interested in justice. He should never have taken my case. When he did, he was very happy to do so.
I now made a phone call to the clerk of the court. I told them a bit about my situation and asked if they would do something to get me out of there. They showed no interest what so ever.
“Aren’t you going to do something to get me out of here?” I asked them again and again.
They simply said that they were coming to get me and put the phone down.....No words eh?
What a total uncaring bunch of bastards!
I was now looking out of a window. Well I say window. It was just a thin long window, about 6 inches wide. I was watching a rabbit popping its head out of a hole. Part of me wished I was the
